Fin Fan Cleaning and Maintenance
Power Wash has been successfully utilized for fin fan cleaning while units remain online or offline. By alternating fans and utilizing Power Wash heavy-duty cleaner, our customers use a foaming procedure that cleans OD’s while the unit continues to run. They have experienced as much as a 40-degree improvement with an average of about 25 to 30-degree improvement. The procedure uses a very small amount of liquid and produces copious amounts of foam.
Industrial Degreaser & Steam Soap
Power Wash is a versatile degreaser for industrial and institutional applications. It effectively dissolves and removes road grime, oil, carbon, dirt, etc. from virtually any surface. We have developed several versions of Power Wash to meet our customer’s needs, Power Wash and Power Wash-Steam Soap.
Power Wash is formulated for:
- Automated wash
- Pressure wash
- Powerful steam cleaning systems
- Engine Degreasing
Use it on cars, trains, buses, trucks, boats, machinery, floor, tools, and any painted, porous or non-porous surface. Power Wash is an economic and safe replacement for petroleum distillates and chlorinated solvents. It may be used in a concentrated form or diluted with cold or hot water. The dilution ratios should be adjusted according to the degree of grime and grease deposits.
Our Power Wash- Steam Soap II has a Clean Air Choice certification from the Southern California Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD). The AQMD Clean Air Choice Cleaner certification is a very stringent certification that only cleaners with very low VOC and toxicity can qualify. Power Wash- Steam Soap II is currently used by a large transit system.
